How planning applications work
 
Planning applications are submitted to the planning officers at Sevenoaks District Council.
 

All planning applications within the town have to be considered first of all by the Town Council who recommend whether they should be passed or refused.  They then go to the District Council who actually make a decision on whether to approve or reject the planning application. 

Plan numbers can be used to consult the plans at Sevenoaks District Council offices or by visiting their website at:

If you wish to comment on a planning application, you should contact both your Town and District councillors whose contact details are on the home page of our website.

Our area has relatively few planning applications. The latest planning applications on our area that we are aware of are listed below. If these are some time ago then it means that as far as we are aware nothing has been submitted recently.
